Le pedí que nos cancelara la estancia y me devolviera el dinero, lo hizo de forma tal que él no tuviera que pagar la multa de 300 euros que él debía pagar por no atendernos. "Me gustó mucho la tienda y sus comodidades. Lo que no me gustó es que tuvimos que contactar con el camping antes de irnos, y nos desviaban a cabo de gata, de ahí a otro tlf y luego nadie lo cogía. La mujer que me atendió por 2 vez, no sabía nada de lo que le preguntaba

"Staff was very helpful and polite. Parking was not available on arrival at the hotel, and there is no Porte Cochere to drop bags.
However, just park at one of the many nearby parking garages. Rate is same at all..24 euro for 24 hours. I recommend ‘Historic Centre’ as is like 30m walk to hotel.

"This is an excellent hotel. Felt way more expensive than it was. Amazing views, excellent restauarant (both the pub and the buffet). I wish we had tried the spa because it looked great. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms and shower were the best I've had in a hotel in a long while. The staff were friendly and helpful, and it was clean. There is paid parking at the hotel which you probably will need, and the only thing I would say is to let staff know if you have a big car and they will keep the space next to you empty if they can and you would struggle to fit otherwise. "I stayed in Andorra for two nights. The Hotel Magic is the ideal location as it is in the centre of the town and everything is within a few minutes walk of it. If you have a room at the front of the hotel you can watch the sound and light show in the city fountains from your balcony at night. "
