「A quirky guest house, not really a hotel, in an old building. The room was spacious and comfortable, although somewhat sparsely and quirkily furnished. The bathroom was large, modern and clean. Antoine, the host, was charming and helpful. A short walk into the town centre and cathedral makes this well situated to visit Coutance.」

「Amazing stay from start to finish. The staff was absolutely awesome—friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my entire stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and very nice. The location is fantastic, especially if you’re visiting Normandy to see the D-Day sites. Everything I wanted to visit was easily accessible from the hotel. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Hotel Le Sainte Mère and will definitely be back soon. Five stars all the way!」

「This property is a comfortable updated farm-style B&B, located in the lower-middle of the Cherbourg Peninsula between the Normandy Beaches and and Mont Saint Michel. Originally a farm, it's been professionally renovated but still maintains an attitude of French country charm. Our room was well sized with a comfortable bed and plenty of room to hang out or take a walk.」

「Great position. Excellent staff. Food also and excellent but we would have preferred a simpler menu with some choices for non- shellfish diners」

「This was of the nicest places I’ve stayed in a while. Our host was friendly and not too intrusive. The breakfast was perfect. Great ambience! And, the location is ideal.」

「Bien ras」
