"This place honestly looks like it should be condemned. It was disgusting. The walls are peeling, there were 4 different types of flooring in each room, and the bedding and towels were stiff. I checked for bed bugs because the place looked so bad. I’m happy to report there were none. With each step we took, we were afraid our feet would break through the floor, it was incredibly squeaky and uneven. The outlets were inconveniently located. "It is a beautiful cozy hotel. It has an amazing rooftop where we enjoyed tea while watching the moonrise or warming up early morning. The breakfast was simply fantastic, the variety of flavors every day was a treat! The staff were kind, specially Brissel, she is so hardworking and committed to a high quality service. We were grateful for her support. We will stay again here definitely, but in another room, the noise didn’t allow us to sleep. At 5 in the morning, someone was changing the gas right above our room 402, twice during our stay and the Cathedral next to us held a celebration three days in a row until midnight (fireworks included in the last day). It was understandable to celebrate Saint Peter anniversary but a heads up would have been appreciated, we couldn’t actually rest. Overall it was a good hotel in Cusco!"
