“Cozy! Excellent!”

“Wonderful property. Delicious breakfasts are included and we really appreciate how the staff remembered our dietary restrictions and served us something delicious every day. Super convenient to some great downtown restaurants and Biltmore. Only down side is it's off a busy road--and you will hear traffic noise. But don't let that deter you. ”

“Exploring trip with friend. Great location & service. The reason for 1 star deduction was for 2 things…doors are noisy (expected in old house) & clawfoot tub wasn’t easy to shower in. Having said that, let me sing Heathers praises. From restaurant recommendations to tip on touring Bullington gardens she provided us with good stops. This was my second time staying here & I enjoy the front porch wine/snacks & the made to order breakfast included in room price. I would request a remodeled……

“Loved this place & its quirkiness. You definitely need to notice the fine print which I may not have fully but isn’t a true B&B. However, there are plenty of free breakfast continental items and specialty coffees and teas for your enjoyment. Self service what you want and how ever much you want. Snacks and drinks always available. Saw a staff member 1 time in almost a 2 days; however, the modern & convenient text service works fantastic!! I did have to use & got immediate responses. So you feel……

“We had a lovely stay at this charming inn. It is not "pristine" as the main part of the inn is very old... but therein lies its character and charm. The inn and its grounds are lovely and the large window in our room provided a gorgeous view of sunrise over the mountains. Very convenient to Hendersonville with plenty of restaurants and cute shops. But there are so many great spots at the inn - both inside and outside - I equally enjoyed time just reading a book and enjoying the views. ”

“This place is great! You would never know you are only 10 minutes or so from a busy town. It’s the best hide-a-way spot right next to the river. We chose a cabin with hot tub and river view. The cabins are unique tiny homes with thoughtful details. Very clean and homey feeling. Gas fireplace, outdoor fire pit, hot tub (excellent), kitchen with some pots & pans, dishes, silverware, coffeemaker (including coffee/tea/sugar/cream), dishwasher, full size refrigerator, range and microwave. “This is a new concept. Electronic reservations and check in. The room was well appointed, clean, quiet and close to downtown and well priced. I would stay at Kasa again.”

“It was just me and my niece who agreed to be my traveling buddy. Never been and it was on my “want to see” list. The home was so well stocked and comfortable! Never did get to be I. The hot tub.. too cold but loved the deck. It was everything and more expected!”
