“This place was a joke! I’ve booked two deluxe studios with 2 beds for 2 nights and we got 1 apt with 1 bed and 1 very uncomfortable couch, the second room had also 1 bed and pullout couch. Rooms were stinky! The AC wasn’t working in one of the rooms and in the other was only in the living room. I knew that I wouldn’t get a refund so I didn’t complain but I won’t recommend this place to anyone! ”

“The property met our requirements for a really memorable holiday- sunshine and huge additional warmth from our kind and knowledgeable hosts, Peter and Debbie. Two weeks gave us chance to explore this interesting country, the property is well sited to access many of lovely old and picturesque coastal towns but was always good to get back to our comfortable base and the lovely pool.”

“Stayed for 4 nights with friends and loved every minute of it! The place is exactly as shown in the pictures, the host was very responsive to messages and helped out immediately when we had questions. She also met us on arrival and personally showed us the place. The view from the balcony is incredible, perfect sunsets over the water, would definitely stay again!”

“Nous avons quelques déboires (chauffe eau en panne, le climatiseur d'une chambre en panne, la télé ne fonctionnait pas, ascenseur en panne, machine à café en panne) qui ont été résolu rapidement. Dans la cuisine de l'appartement il n'est pas possible de cuisiné il y a juste un micro onde, il y a très peu de vaisselle. La literie est bonne, et la terrasse est juste magnifique. Le petit déjeuner était bien, mais le café de la machine est vraiment mauvais, il faudrait changer de fournisseur.”

“We had a lovely stay. Clean room. Great view of the pool and beach-definitely worth paying for the sea view. Perfect location for the beach and lovely town of sozopol. Went end of may so slightly out of season so was quiet but perfect for us. We did brave the pool but it was on the cold side. Staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!”

“Great spot, within walking distance of town, but quiet and spacious. Great deal at this price point, excellent staff too. My only issue was that gym wasn’t well equipped for the size of the hotel. Definitely recommended.”
