We LOVED this house!

This is the perfect home for a family or larger group. Plenty of space for everyone, amazing location so you can easily walk to everything. The roof access allows for beautiful sunset pictures and the house is fully stocked and ready to go! Property manager was awesome, helpful and easy to work with. HIGHLY recommend!

Perfect Location

Beach Bum is awesome to work with for vacation rental. We had stayed in this same home a couple of years ago. Great location and great time in Pismo. The home could use some fresh paint and new flooring in the stairway however we have children with us so we just overlook that and enjoy the home.

Great place for a family

Property was updated and very clean. Lots of room. Rooftop deck was a great space to relax. Close to everything in Pismo. We really enjoyed our stay.

Everything was excellent beautiful home close to everything didn’t even have to use my vehicle that was a plus because parking here in pismo can be challenging especially in the weekends love it will stay again very soon

Enjoyable location and property

The property has a great location. Everything is walkable. Great coffee and restaurants nearby. The house is multi level. Plenty of rooms. Bedrooms on every level which gives everyone some privacy. Nice bathrooms. Very clean. The rooftop is a nice bonus. Property manager is very customer friendly. Only improvement would be to get rid of the very large deposit.

Great for families

Our kids loved this home and we really appreciated how new the kitchen and bathrooms were. Only flaws we noticed were a few skuffs on the walls and the staircase carpet having some stains. Overall a great experience! Definitely will consider renting in the future.

Great location and Beautiful house.

Great location and beautiful house. The only reason why I gave it a 4 out of 5 stars was due to a few things that probably could be improved. We had issues with the hot water heater, so for the first day we only had barely lukewarm water. However, Beach Bum Rentals sent over someone within a few ours of calling the 24/7 hotline. He and I were able to troubleshoot and figure out the issue. There was a lack of towels and no directory book to instruct on amenities or exit expectations. Though again, Beach Bum Rental was available to give guidance. We would definitely rent again.
