Perfect property for an amazing Pismo vacation!
We stayed (2 adults and 2 kids) at this property for our spring break vacation. The unit itself we clean and very well appointed. We easily found anything we needed in the kitchen, there were board games and beach toys to use, and even a basket of blankets to wrap up in on the deck at night. The beds were very comfortable. Overall, the unit itself was perfect for our family of 4. The location was also perfect. The beach access was so convenient, and the community pool and hot tub provided a great alternative to the ocean. When you walk outside in the morning the air smells like cinnamon rolls, and there are plenty of restaurants and shopping within a 10 minute walk. This was our 4th trip to the Pismo area, and our favorite place to stay so far.

Wonderful home and location
Our experience in this home was exactly as described. The owner was very attentive to the property and our questions. Right on the beach - great views from both balconies. We liked that the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, and there were even some condiments in the fridge, spices, tupperware, etc and good cooking knives! We would come here again.

Location, Location, Location
Perfect location. On the beach, unrestricted views and downtown access right out the gate! Enjoyed the cool temperatures coming from Texas. Will be doing it again next summer

Fabulous Beach Place
My group of friends and I really enjoyed our week at this very comfortable and well appointed townhome. It is on the beach, close to the pier and a block or two from great restaurants and shops! Communication with Olivia was excellent, and I will strongly recommend this property to others!

Wonderful, Rainy Stay
Perfect location! Even though it rained almost every day, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful beachfront views from both balconies! Very close to restaurants and shops. Very comfortable and cozy. Huge TV, recliner and a fireplace. What more could you ask for on the first NFL playoff weekend! Our hosts were extraordinarily helpful and made us feel welcomed and valued. What a great vacation….even in the rain!

Perfect Getaway
Olivia is amazing. Her property is the perfect spot for a family vacation. Set on the beach, easy beach access, a block away from Splash Cafe and all the shops, safe parking and so much more. It honestly doesn't get any better than this in downtown Pismo. Worth every penny.

Wonderful Beach-Front Stay!
We loved our time here! We could fall asleep to the sound of the ocean and wake up having coffee while watching the waves - such an amazing location! The complex has a nice hot tub as well to help warm up if you do dip into the cold ocean water. The bedrooms were nice and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook a lot and even make Thanksgiving dinner! The host was extremely helpful and thoughtful - just an overall wonderful stay!

The perfect place in Pismo
This was our best ever stay in Pismo. We have rented a number of units within the Pismo Shores community and this was by far the best unit we have stayed in. It had everything we needed and is clearly well maintained. The property owner was easy to communicate with and promptly answered any question we had. We can’t wait to return next year.

Great Location!
You can't beat this location! The unit was very comfortable and although we didn't cook much while we were there, the kitchen seemed to be adequately stocked. Plenty of beach towels and toys for the kids. The deck outside was great for relaxing and enjoying the sunsets. Hope to come back again!

Amazing beach rental!!
We truly loved our stay at Olivia's beach condo. It's exactly as pictured and is in the perfect location. The complex has a pool, which was great for our kids too! Her home is fully stocked and has everything you could ever need. She also thought of so many personal touches and went above and beyond to really elevate our experience. The only downside was the cleanliness of the condo. While it didn't impact our vacation, it was noticeable in different parts of the home. Overall I would definitely stay here again!

Great Getaway!!
Beautiful location for a multi-generation family getaway! All of us enjoyed a ladies week at the beach. Condo was well appointed with everything to make the stay memorable! Clean and tidy. Balconies are fantastic. They make you feel like you are on the sand without getting sandy. Want to get sandy? The beach access is steps away. Olivia made sure check-in was smooth and touched base to ensure everything was perfect. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home!!

Beautiful view, perfect patio
We love this house and set up. knowing my kids ages 3 + 6 would need a mid-day break from activities we opted for this house right on the beach so we could enjoy the view even when hanging at the house. Very well stocked, clean and perfect location with the pool and beach steps away. The community pool was quiet in the mornings so we went then and the kids loved it. Host was communicative and helpful. While the house was perfect, I do feel the need to note this about pismo beach generally during covid times - I felt safe being in the house and at the beach late in the day walking down further away from the pier. the location was so close to restaurants and shops, usually so ideal, it was a little difficult with so many people maskless. A guy walking by us, one of the few wearing a mask welcomed us to “covid beach”. Yikes! So we did food delivery and avoided the crowd altogether.

Beautiful Beach Condo
The view from the condo is gorgeous! This property has absolutely everything you would ever need for a fun family beach getaway! You can walk to the pier and downtown within a couple of minutes. The evening on the deck was one of our favorites... Olivia the owner was amazing! You cannot go wrong with this beautiful condo!

Perfect Beach Front Get-a-way!
Our family was looking for a place to relax for a few days on the beach. We were pleasantly surprised at the beautiful property! Olivia was very responsive upon check-in with some questions we had upon our arrival. The inside is as lovely as the pictures and everything is updated. There is a patio off the main living area and one off the master suite. It was nice to have morning coffee on the upper balcony. The sunsets were absolutely beautiful each night and with a heatwave, in the '80s no jacket required while sitting out in the evening. The condo is just down from the pier where there are shops and restaurants. There were lots of people out and about, but we were able to purchase to-go orders and felt safe shopping in some local stores. Overall our stay was very lovely and we would definitely stay again!

Perfect location on Pismo Beach!!
Excellent property in a pristine, gated location within a block and a half of Pismo Pierre. We stayed two weeks and it comfortably accommodated two adults, a teen and two kids. The owner is amazing, even decorated the home for Christmas and had some extra special things waiting for us. We have stayed in many VRBO's and this by far is on the top of our favorites! Thank you!

Pismo Beach Luxury Condo
Olivia is a gracious and responsive owner/host; even provided a Pack and Play for our 2 year old grandchild. Amazing location and views; convenient to everything in Pismo Beach. The condo has everything you will need including beach chairs, toys and boogie boards. Gate access to the beach is great!! Ate too many Old West Cinnamon Rolls!! This is the absolute best condo in the Pismo Beach area hands down. Thanks Olivia for sharing your beautiful condo.

Excellent location right on the beach and walking distance to everything in town. Beautiful views. Well equipped with beach gear. Loved the fireplace for cool evenings. The only item we missed was having a gas grill on the deck or near the garage, like the other units in the complex. Excellent communication with the owner. We hope to stay here again soon!

We loved it! We visit Pismo every year and have stayed at a lot of places. This is by far our favorite. The location is perfect and the the condo is so great. Location, location, location ... and the perfect beach house!
This was a 5-star experience all the way around. Olivia was exceptional from our first contact all the way through our stay and departure. The home is just as beautiful as the photos - maybe even more so - and the views are spectacular. For the second year, my visiting family of five greatly enjoyed their stay at 123 Pismo. Being right ON the beach, the views are spectacular. You can walk to everything in downtown Pismo. The condo is large and all interior aspects are designed for your comfort and efficiency. Amenities such as club house and pool are there for your pleasure. Perfect beach front getaway!
First time user of VRBO and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The homeowner was always very prompt returning any questions I had (before and during the trip) regarding the property. Second, the property itself was awesome. It is beach front (can't get better than that) so no one or nothing to obstruct your view of ocean. We were there for July 4th celebration and never left the balcony/patio. We had front row seats to the fireworks and never had to fight for parking or battle the traffic. The condo itself has been remodeled and is up to date and very clean. Everything we could want was already stocked in the place, from bedding, towels, and a fully stocked kitchen (minus food/drink). Location is a very short walk to downtown Pismo where we enjoyed many good resturants. Thank you for opening your home to others so we could enjoy it. We will be back.

Great property!
This was a beautiful place, and the pictures don't quite do it justice. We are beach-mongers, and this may be the best overall beach-front property we have ever stayed at. This is the rare combo of a great beach that is good for playing on the sand, wading, surfing, and being extremely close to the shops in town. The unit has been very nicely upgraded and the owner Olivia is very responsive to any questions or concerns. Great getaway!

As a family, we don't think you could find a better place to stary on the Central Coast.
This property is ideal for visitors who want to be (literally) on the beach with full view of the ocean and Pismo pier. It is spacious, well appointed, and has all the equipment you could want. It is right in the heart of downtown Pismo, but (being a gated community) is quiet and safe. Furnishings are lovely and comfortable, with appliances and entertainment items at the ready. Olivia is excellent to work with, and responds to any question or concern. We will come back next year.

Right on the Beach
We spent an excellent Christmas week at this three bedroom condo. It is a great choice for families, very homey and convenient. The kitchen,bathrooms, and laundry are well outfitted, all beds were comfortable, and the large veranda was a good space for the children to play in the cool air and bright sunshine. The beach is right there off the veranda, and other fun sites are nearby - Hearst Castle, Morro Bay with its sea otters, Cambria, and the elephant seal colony at Piedras Blancas. I think it might have a different character in summer, when Pismo Beach is quite busy and crowded, but for our December visit it was wonderfully peaceful and calm. This condo has many stairs, which might be a problem for some seniors or for very small children.

Exceptionally beautiful. I doubt any other listing can provide what this one did.
A lovely location on the beach but sheltered. A well-maintained property with lots of amenities. It allowed us to be in downtown Pismo and still feel secluded. This is an unusually nice property and the owners were very easy to work with.
