We liked that it was extremely modern and clean. It is also close to the beach and within walking distance of many restaurants. Having its own parking was also a plus as we were there during the Pismo Car show, where there is never any parking. We ran into the cleaning crew a couple of times and they were extremely nice as well. Melinda was very quick in responding to any questions we may have had. We would definitely stay here again.

I loved this house so much. My friends and I stayed for my birthday weekend and we felt so comfortable at home. Perfect location to walk around pismo. The host was very sweet as well. I would definitely come back and stay here again, and I definitely recommend you to also!

Check in was so easy and we were able to get in early. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, including bar-b-que utensils!
Guys grilling fresh fish from fish market at end of pier in Avila
Bacon wrapped shrimp and bacon wrapped scallops!!! Yumm!
