“My spouse and I planned a weekend getaway to Pismo Beach and chose to stay at Beachcomber Inn. We booked from Friday to Sunday. Although check-in was scheduled for 4:00 PM, we received a call around 9:00 AM letting us know our room was ready and we could check in early at no extra cost. This was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture. Due to work, we arrived around 6:00 PM and had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Johnny. He is incredibly friendly and welcoming. “Really cute boutique hotel. Location was perfect. Kitchen was well stocked and our room had great view of the ocean. Took one star off for the really uncomfortable sofa bed. ”

“Upon arriving we were pleased to see how close we were to the beach and our favorite place to get clam chowder and lobster rolls- Splash Cafe! Check in was fast, easy and super friendly, I believe Jennifer helped us and she was very accommodating and knowledgeable. Our room the captains quarters was spacious and nicely stocked with everything needed in the kitchen and extra bedding in the closet. The king size bed was very comfortable. The three things that bring down my rating are 1) the dirty,……

“I paid for a deluxe balcony and they put me in the furthest room in the back. On top of that1 the sheets looked used with blood stains on one bed. The other bed and pillow smelled completely like BO and again sheets looked used. The screen door on the sliding glass was just sitting on the balcony broken. The front desk was unhelpful. Probably the worse hotel I’ve ever been to and I’ve traveled all over the world.”

“Really nice court yard with fire pits and a swimming pool. All next to the beach with a direct access. We spent most of the time going back and forth between the beach and the pool with two kids. Good food and a daily drinks while kids play. And wrap up the day with dinner around the golden hour with beach and sunset view. ”

“Stop looking. This is the hotel you want to book for your family and dog. Free parking in Pismo?! Yes please! Location is perfect, 2bed/2 bath was clean and more than we could ask for! Thank you Tides! You’re our new go to now! ”

“You can see the sea and the beach from the balcony. It only takes 5-8 minutes to walk to the coastal corridor. Hurry up to the whole section. It has an open swimming pool and an open-air balcony. The parking is super convenient and the price is ideal.”
