“Beautiful places to visit!”

“I stopped here on the ski off season (good price) on my way back from.a backpacking trip in the Colorado Rockies. Old building, but bring kept up quite well. I hoghly recommend a dtop here in the off season. Very friendly staff who go all out to make your dtsy a nice one. ”

“This little cabin is so cute! We had a great stay. Please note they are SERIOUS about having parking for only one car. There's really nowhere close to park a second vehicle. The kitchen in this little cabin is equipped with sharp knives and all the necessities to cook with. The neighbor, Robert, who lives there full time was very nice/welcoming and told us about a few spots in town for live music. I would stay here again.”

“Possibly my favorite vrbo stay I can remember. The cabin is secluded, has great views and is close to several interesting sites: St. Elmo ghost town, Mt. Princeton Hot Springs, Cascasde falls and Agnes Veille falls to name a few. The property itself was clean, comfortable and well stocked. We enjoyed eating breakfast outside on the picnic table, sitting on the breezy patio in the evening, grilling dinner and most of all sitting in the hot tub under the starry sky.”

“My family had the pleasure of staying at this neat dome home for Labor Day weekend 2024. The private hot springs pool is everything, that alone was worth the trip! Then you feel somehow transported to the 70's in such architectural awesomeness that is the dome. The deer, hummingbirds and chipmunks made sitting outside with a morning coffee very enjoyable. Super cute spot. ”

“I would give Monarch Mt Cabin 10 stars if I could. The neighborhood is beautiful with mountain views every way you look. There is a delightful stream running behind the cabin and a fire pit and picnic table nearby to enjoy it. The cabin was spacious and clean. The host provided generous amenities, cookware, utensils, and much more. There are endless activities in the area. It's a short drive to downtown Salida where there is shopping and restaurants and the river runs through the downtown……

“Fabulous property! Was a great location for 3 families ranging from grandkids age 2 to grandparents. Great outdoor space to play that was fully fenced and in the shade and an amazing porch to enjoy the river. Everything we wanted and more. Would highly recommend.”
