Staff are very nice and accommodating. Hotel itself is a bit tired decor wise but it has a welcoming feel to it.. and good location . Karen who is on reception and does the cooking was friendly and sociable.
Friendly welcoming staff. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed.
Enjoyed a nightcap in the lounge on our return from theatre .
Great breakfast too.

Good stay warm welcome and great staff
Excellent service by staff and special mention to Karen who gave a huge warm welcome and runs the place so well. Descent hotel and ideal location for Pitlochry
Excellent stay. Breakfast menu had a good selection and made to order. The friendliness of the staff, especially Karen was superb. Comfortable, clean and well equipped hotel in a good location with ample parking.
Such a beautiful and cozy inn! Room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was above and beyond! We were able to walk into town for dinner and shopping. Highly recommend!

Short family break
Good staff. Good food. Hotel in need of some TLC thou
Plenty tea and coffee. And lovely biscuits.
Comfortable beds.
Room not too hot which was great. And able to open windows.
Good location for theatre and town centre
The staff was lovely, helpful and friendly. Great breakfast. The room could have used some upgrades, and the hotel needed painting. Carpeting in the room was musty smelling. Mattress needed replacing...was a bit lumpy. Has great potential...its tired looking.

Old building with visible signage that it is about to be refurbished.
Staff were excellent, very friendly very efficient as was the food.
Apart from the repairs required that are in hand this is a nice hotel with very friendly staff in a location well within walking distance of all amenities within Pitlochry.
Lovely staff very helpful with my dietary requirements (I am coeliac) gluten free snacks in the room and plenty of breakfast choice. Rooms look a little dated from the outside but who doesn’t after a few years )myself included) on the inside though clean and with a huge comfy bed. The staff work so hard, bumped into the lovely lady owner at midnight and she was still up waiting for late clients despite having to get up at 5am to start work. Surrounding area is lovely - Pitlochry dam fascinating, Killicrankie and Queen’s View stunning. Oh and gluten free fish and chips in the town. 10/10!
