"It was hard to find at first, but thankfully we found someone who was very helpful and kind. The main complaints were that the cabin was not 100% done being built. For example there were outlet covers missing and no railing on the staircase. Another issue is that the bathroom will have water/mold issues in the future as there is no shower curtain or exhaust fan so the bathroom got musty even by the end of our three nights."

The owner had left a portable radiator outside the apartment but had not warmed up the aprtment. Radiator had little affect on warming the room. All the amenities you could need in the cabin, very clean and check in was easy and stress free. Great communication from host too. "Excellent host, very responsive and welcoming. The lodge was so much more than we expected, well equipped and spacious and great value for money. The location was perfect for us - 3km walk into the town centre and 4km to the black lake on an easy well marked route. If you’re looking for a base to explore the Durmitor National Park then I would highly recommend this place."

"Great location with easy access to the lake and multiple hiking trails and an easy 20 minute walk into town. Helena was a great host. We had an issue with our private transfer canceling the day before our departure so we had to scramble to find a way back to Dubrovnik to catch a flight. I reached out to the host and Helena responded right away and helped us with finding transportation options."

We had two dinners at the restaurant as well that were top notch. The pool, hot tub, and steam room were soothing after a day of hiking. Great value for the amenities."

"The lodges are absolutely beautiful, and the setting is out of this world! There was nothing nicer than waking up in the morning and having breakfast in the cool air looking at the mountain range, and at night enjoying a glass of wine watching the beautiful sunset! The lodges are clean, cozy and have everything you will need! The host is very communative and happy to help with any questions that came up! It took us only about 10-15 minutes to drive into the town where there are many bars and restaurants! There is also a few supermarkets so we stocked up on what we needed to cook a lot of breakfast and dinners ourselves in the lodge, to allow us to have more time enjoying the beautiful scenery! I would highly recommend this accommodation and if we are ever back in the area will always return to this location!"
