Annette (host) and the locals are both friendly and amazingly helpful. We have had 18 trips to villas in and around the Med and we will be back!”

“The staff were very helpful and responsive. We stayed in a maisonnette and like some of the others have said the sea view is blocked partially by the buildings in front. The road that runs in front has parking but it's also noisy, and the balcony had no shade. The apartment was lovely but needed some maintenance - kitchen needed a bit of tidying and the shower head was hanging off. The apartment was also much smaller than the pictures, no breakfast bar and no actual eating table so we had to use……

“Wunderschöner Urlaub April/Mai 2024. Das Haus war super, hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool ist toll, wird laufend gereinigt. Umgebung und Tavernen im Ort haben unsere Vorstellungen übertroffen, besonders das Restaurant Kelari, Kann man nur weiter empfehlen, kommen sehr gerne wieder. Helmut und Andrea aus Bad Schönborn.”

“Der Aufenthalt in Vagelis Elternhaus im Dorf hat uns insgesamt gut gefallen. Die Inneneinrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber die Wohnung, die wir bewohnt haben (es ist die größere der beiden mit 2 Schlafräumen) war liebevoll bestückt - so wie es andere schon berichtet haben. Vagelis ist zuverlässig und sehr freundlich. Der Garten mit dem kleinen Pool ist wunderbar und konnte von uns auch schon im April genutzt werden. “Situées à Sivas, dans la belle région de Matala, les trois villas Phaistos que notre groupe d'amis de neuf personnes a occupées pendant une semaine nous ont ravi. Aménagées avec beaucoup de goût et très bien équipées, chacune des trois villas est tournée vers les autres et vers la belle piscine centrale et terrasse commune. L'accueil de Panos a été très apprécié, comme sa disponibilité et sa réactivité en cas de question. Tel a aussi été le cas avec Georgos au moment de la réservation, mais……

“Wer einen Erholungsurlaub inmitten einer archaischen Natur erleben möchte, ist in diesem sehr gut ausgestatteten, wunderschönen Haus genau richtig. Völlige Stille, nur durchbrochen von blökenden Schafen oder krächzenden Krähen... Nur hin und wieder ein vorbeiklapperndes Auto. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch Henriette war perfekt und sehr herzlich und auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter unkompliziert und sehr zuverlässig. Touristische Infrastruktur ist - bei Bedarf - im Ort mehr als genug vorhanden.”

“Die Villa ist wunderbar! Sehr schön gelegen und sehr ruhig. Es gibt rund um das Haus viel grün, so dass es auch viel Schatten gibt. Bei Temperaturen von 30 grad und mehr im Schatten war das manchmal lebensrettend. Wenn man ab morgens alle Türen und Fenster zum Haus geschlossen hält, dann kann man die Temperatur im Haus zuverlässig auf etwa 25 grad begrenzen. Eine Wohltat, wenn man von einer heissen Wanderung zurück kommt. Dann ist auch der Pool extrem angenehm und nützlich. Die Aufnahme und……
