When we arrived, the front desk said they had nothing but trouble with Expedia and never received payment for our reservation, so we had to pay them direct. Our room didn't have any towels, clothes hangers or Kleenex, the next morning I finally found a number to call Expedia and actually talk to someone about our problem, they needed to speak to the clerk working the front desk, she was very rude and to both me and the person on the phone from Expedia, finally got okay for reimbursement from Expedia but didn't get the amount we paid for 'trip insurance' this was a terrible experience !!!
