Unfortunately, this property didn’t meet our expectations. It’s pet-friendly and about 15 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh. The apartment wasn’t well maintained—one bedroom smelled of dog urine, the furniture was stained, and the drop ceilings were damaged. The bathroom sink was clogged, but the owner responded quickly via Vrbo chat and sent someone to fix it and provide extra linens. There were other concerns like broken blinds, a noisy A/C unit, and birds in the wall behind a bedroom. While the owner was great with communication and tried to help, the overall condition of the property fell short.

I want to start off by saying our host was great and accomidating throughout the whole process. They answered really quick with any questions I had. The beds were more than comfortable and that was the best part inside. Our location in relation to the ball park and football stadium was awesome. It was a quick uber ride to and from. This VRBO is great for laying your head down for a night or two and does a good job of that. As far as things this VRBO needs is more of an update. The couches need to be upgraded as they were old, dirty and not meant to be slept on. Some of the mini splits did not work. Bedrooms stayed nice and chilled for us but the kitchen and living room area minisplits need work. The kitchen and bathroom were nice and clean. It comes with a washer and dryer which was a plus. All in all this place was clean and did the job but it needs more to become a 5 star stay. Would reccomend in the future.
