The property is spacious, modern and chic, with 2 bathrooms equipped with a hair dryer. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Pittsburgh and our house has to offer. Property is conveniently located located near restaurants, shopping and access to downtown Pittsburgh. Kitchen has shaker cabinets, granite counters, and stainless appliances. Two full baths with new tiled surrounds, vanities, lighting, and toilets. 1st Floor: Entry, Living Room, Dining Room, and Kitchen. 2nd Floor 3 Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths: Basement: Laundry.

One Off Street Parking Space as well as free street parking! Covered front and rear porches for your morning coffee! Peacefully quiet oasis in the rear patio- perfect for bonfires and cookouts. Great sized "worry free" home perfect for entertaining.
