I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with our recent stay. Unfortunately, the condition of the property was far below acceptable standards, and our experience was significantly impacted by the following issues:•The overall cleanliness was extremely poor. We encountered spider webs, what appeared to be papers with blood stains, dirty carpets, and noticeable stains on the couches and bed sheets.•The hot tub was not cleaned prior to our arrival. The water was visibly dirty, and despite our request for the cleaning crew to address it so our kids could use it, no action was taken during our stay. Having a hot tub was our 1st priority when we were booking it.•Used laundry was left in the basket next to the washer and dryer, which further indicates that proper turnover service had not been completed.•2nd reason to chose this property was the Bunk Beds for kids. The bunk beds were dangerously unstable. The top bunk was wobbly and not safe for children to sleep in.•The patio area was unsafe, with exposed nails sticking out, posing a clear hazard.•The listing mentioned parking in the street, but we faced daily and nightly complaints from other residents claiming we had taken "their spot" and were not welcome to park there.While I appreciate the owner's responsiveness to messages, the key issues were not resolved during our stay, and our overall experience was extremely disappointing.
