“Stayed in Room 106 in December. The room was very cold with no heating, the bathroom had a bad smell, and the TV turned on by itself during the night.”

“火车站出来走五分钟就到酒店，干净，房间大小合适，床舒服。离老城也不远，漫步过去方便，附近就有家乐福，方便。前台人员有礼貌。”

“Decent hotel at a decent price. This hotel is nice for an Ibis budget although the bed was quite hard and the room wasn't very well lit. But the shower was decent and the WiFi and bedding were excellent. Limited breakfast selection but the bread was delicious. Staff very helpful. Very close to railway station and therefore bus and tram stops. Couple of very close restaurants. Im sure there are nicer hotels locally but this one is good value and i would happily stay here again ”

“It's a nice apartment for us to live for few days, hope we can stay longer. The facilities are great, and there is a carrie four supermarket just 30 seconds walk. Really convenient with public transport. But, no room cleaning services for stay shorter than 7 days. We only stay for 3 nights. 7 euros/set of towels will be charged if you need a new whole set. We bought one set because we don't know the rules there. Recommend to traveller who are planning to stay in Mulhouse and who would like to……

“The front desk staff were really friendly and polite, special thanks to Raphael. We could leave our bags in holding, since we arrived too early for check-in. The room was small but clean and comfortable. We had a good night of sleep in the cosy and warm room.”

“The worst place I've ever stayed! Terrible security!!! We PAID for tge luggage storage sercice but the hotel didn't do their job and one of the baggages is GONE!!!!!! It's so unbelievable! The location is not so good as well, not close to train station nor city center. And the cleaness is a doubt, the bed sheet has some dirt, bed is broken and the hairdryer is not working. Think twice when. you book!!!!!!!”

“Odalar çok temiz, personal ilgili ve yardımcı. Sadece otele check-in’iniz olmadan giremiyorsunuz ama hemen yardımcı oluyorlar. Tramwaya yürüyerek 10 dakika mesafede ama yine de arabalı daha rahat kalınacak bir yer. ”
