Nestled on the Placencia Peninsula, this retreat features its own private dock, access to a secluded beach with hammocks and swings and a spacious outdoor patio perfect for sipping cocktails, dining al fresco, and taking in the breathtaking ocean vistas. Recently remodelled, the home boasts all-new finishes, Belizean hardwood, brand new appliances (including a washer/dryer and gas range), custom made indoor and outdoor furniture, and air conditioning throughout the entire space.
What's Nearby: Set at the tranquil northern tip of the Placencia Peninsula, this beachfront home offers a peaceful escape just 4 miles north of Maya Beach and neighbouring resorts that you are welcome to visit for a meal or for other available amenities. Placencia Village, with its charming restaurants and vibrant beach bars, is only 11 miles away. If you're seeking adventure, Placencia has plenty to offer, including ATV tours, zip lining, horseback riding, waterfalls, snorkeling, diving, and fishing—all within a 20-minute drive.
