Welcome to “Casa Balam”, a luxurious 5,600 ft² villa on Placencia Bay with stunning Mayan Mountain views. Enjoy a 40’ pool, rooftop bar, private dock with a 25’ teak boat, and a chef-prepared feast in the wood-burning oven.

Designed with bespoke furnishings from Bali and Belize, this tropical retreat features floor-to-ceiling glass doors opening to an expansive deck with a concrete ping pong table. Experience unmatched relaxation and adventure in this one-of-a-kind getaway.

✓ Boat: Explore the stunning waters of Placencia Bay and the Caribbean Sea with exclusive use of a 25’ custom teak boat. The boat is available for your private use. Sunset cruises, island hopping, snorkeling the barrier reef, and so much more!

✓ Full-time staff: Your stay includes daily cleaning, laundry service, and a pool and groundskeeper. A private chef can be arranged to prepare meals (ingredients not included, but we can provide provisioning), and our concierge is available to assist with tours, activities, and reservations, ensuring a stress-free experience.

Perfect location / Great experience

The tour guides suggested by Tom were great. Snorkeling, Hiking, cave tubing, Mayan ruins - every experience was easily accesible from the home. Proximity to Palcencia was perfect- we took a golf cart into town each night for ice cream - a fun family excursion with teenagers. Truly a great home, great location, and a wonderful experience. Highly recommend this home if you are coming to Belize.house was great. I dont think anything could have been better.
