Easily accessible to the 91, 55, and 57 freeways, you are close to OC and LA. After exploring, relax in your home away from home in a peaceful, family friendly neighborhood.
The property is divided over 2 floors and accommodates 14 people. When you arrive, you’ll enter via a key code shared prior to arrival. The first floor offers a dining room with seating for 12, living room with a large sectional and 65” smart TV, a bedroom with a king bed, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, laundry room, game room and workout space access. The living room has board games and books in the media console for your use.
The second floor has a primary bedroom with king bed + private bath, 2 queen bedrooms, and a large room with 2 full over full bunk beds with toys for the kids, and a full bathroom with double sinks.
The game room/gym space offers a pool table (which can easily transition into a ping pong table or poker table), foosball table, 2 arcade games, seating for card games, a Hydrow row machine, stationary bike, dumbbells, and weight bench. You’ll also have access to beach amenities for your use - 2 chairs, umbrella, cart, cooler, sand toys, and 2 boogie boards.
The backyard is packed full of things for your entertainment - a 30 ft. putting green, barrel sauna for four, hot tub for six, wood burning fire pit, propane grill, string lights, projector screen for outdoor movies, patio seating, cornhole, giant Jenga, and oversize Connect 4.
All bedrooms are equipped with a memory foam mattress, premium bedding, full length mirror, 50” smart TV, noise machine, closet space, and luggage rack. All bathrooms are stocked with shampoo/conditioner/body wash, hand soap, linens, and a hair dryer.
An iron and ironing board is available in the master bedroom closet. Tide Free and Gentle laundry pods are provided for guest use.
The kitchen is stocked with Keurig Single Serve & Carafe Coffee Maker, single serve coffee pods, single use creamers, and sugar packets. We also provide olive oil, salt/pepper, and soap (dish, hand, & dishwasher).
The home is 2 minutes from a grocery story with gas station and the nearest Target is 5 minutes away.
We are a shoes off property and kindly ask that guests remove their shoes upon entry.
While we want guests enjoy their stay, this is not a party location. The neighborhood is incredibly quiet. If you're interested in a party vibe, we are not that listing.
No parties or events.
Guest access
Guests have access to both floors of the home, backyard, and garage. There are 2 locked closets reserved for our cleaning team.
Other things to note
Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. Amplified music is not allowed outside of the property per city rule. The city provides neighbors with a 24-hour hotline to report noise concerns. Loud noise that disturbs neighbors may result in eviction. Guest will be charged a minimum $250.00 fee for noise/compliance complaints.
There is street sweeping the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month between 12 PM - 4 PM. Cars on the street during this time may be ticketed. Guests are responsible for fines.
We do our best to provide a high quality experience for guests. That being said, we have regular maintenance (lawn, pest control, hot tub, etc.) on the home. We do our best to schedule this when guests are not onsite but there may be an instance in which we cannot. Guests will be notified should that occur.
