We had a lovely stay! The property is in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful views, and it's perfectly located—just minutes from downtown and close to several wineries. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the tools we needed, which made cooking easy and enjoyable. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free.The only downside was the mattresses—they weren’t very comfortable and could use an upgrade. Other than that, everything was great, and we’d definitely consider staying again if the beds were improved.

Quiet. Cozy. Comfort

Close to quaint historic Placerville ( check out Sweetie Pies for breakfast) and 70 minutes from Lake Tahoe. This condo is equipped with everything you need. Comfortable beds and a peaceful atmosphere. Nice layout with the bedrooms upstairs and living area below. A good home base to rest after a day of exploring. We will be back.

Home away from home

Cute little place we used as a home base for a snowboarding trip to Sierra. Super clean and came with nice little toiletries. Kitchen came with all pots and pans and even some spices. Knives were dull and scary to use. The HVAC units took a little while to learn but worked just fine. Parking situation is right below the unit and convenient. In a quiet neighborhood. Nice touch on the welcome basket. I'd stay here again.

Our stay was wonderful! All the amenities you would need for your visit. Such a clean and cozy place to stay. Quiet and peaceful. Heather and Ryder contacted us with the info on when and how to to get in, and offered there numbers to call if we had any questions or problems. Luckily we had no need to call because everything was perfect.I highly recommend staying here!

Great stay!

Excellent location, off the beaten path but just a short drive to stores, restaurants, & downtown Placerville. The units are clean, quiet, & very comfortable. We rented 2 units and had a great time. Ryker, our site contact was very responsive & helpful. We've stayed here before, and we'll stay here again.

Placerville VRBO

Overall, the property was very clean and was quiet and restful. Check in was not a good experience as the code was other than we had been told and a cleaning lady had to let us in. It took quite a while to find out what the actual code was.Check in is way too late...4 o'clock. No hotel or VRBO should expect you to wait until the day is almost over before checking in. It should be 3 o'clock and no later. Towels were put up wet in the linen closet, so I had to put them in the dryer, which is no big deal...just odd.The bed and linens were not of high quality but we slept okay. Bath had stick on plastic hooks for towels...no towel bars or places to hang hand towels anywhere. Just overall, not the best experience.

What a great place!

My daughters had come to town to visit and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Communication with the manager was prompt and courteous. Check in and out went smoothly. Everything was very clean and organized, and the beds were amazingly comfortable. The location was perfect, quiet and relaxing, yet close to freeway access. I would highly recommend this accommodation and look forward to booking again in the future.
