“I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay in this lovely Grand Hotel. All the staff were very courteous and attentive, looking after my every need. I can recommend the restaurant and the location is ideal, very close to the beach and within walking distance of the old town, Intra Muros.”

“住宿環境舒適，房間露台看海景及日落。可煮食，廚房用具齊備。 唯一令我們不太滿意就是住宿一位經理，男士。當我們退房時，懷疑我們沒有把所有廚房用具清潔妥當。本人跟他理論並隨他到房間檢查。我們已經在退房前清潔及整裡我們用過的潔具。 也並不清楚公寓就店的要求標準，我們已完成基本的清潔碗碟及廚具。 這刻我們覺得他不信任及歧視我們。感覺他的態度不好。”

“So bad that staff told me reception close at 4pm. Wasn’t able to leave my luggage for a day trip. Really ridiculous.”

“Space was perfect for me, with clean, modern decor and furnishings. Bathroom was impeccably clean. Great location for walking to the beach and to the old town. Bed and pillows were comfortable. They were able to accommodate an early check in which was very helpful for making the most of my short visit. Sound proofing between rooms and street was pretty poor but I used ear plugs and slept well. ”

“The staff was helpful in solving the issue while the event in the old city forbids any taxi coming in to pick us up. She was resourceful in getting an electric bike and get our luggage and then ourselves to the train station.”
