「Everywhere was immaculately clean . The staff were highly professional, pleasant , friendly , nothing was too much trouble , and all so genuine in their manner. This includes the cleaners , maintenance staff , porters , bar staff , restaurant staff, receptionists, taxi drivers, managers , boat house staff , and all other staff .
