The room was clean but not very comfortable. Taking shower was challenging since the steam would set off the fire alarm. The staff were nice, but there's no front desk and you have to ring a bell to get someone.

Room.was clean but shower had red stains in it. Heat wasnt getting warm, the pillows were flat & the bed was on a total slant. Wasn't worth paying $159/night maybe worth $70/night. Do not recommend this place at all.

The employees were nice and made it an easy check in check out along with taking care of a few issues. When we arrived in our room there was a huge puddle of milk just sitting in the freezer which was taken care of immediately when asked. The bathroom wasn’t great mirror didn’t seem like it had been cleaned nor did the shower. The bottom of the white shower curtain was black. The room itself wasn’t terrible other than behind the bed looking like it hadn’t been cleaned properly in a few years

Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Nothing fancy but a great affordable option close to Plainridge casino, Foxboro and Xfinity center. Stayed there while the World Cup was happening and other hotels raised prices by hundreds of dollars per night. Pleasantly surprised by the best stay inn, would definitely stay there again.

The property is clean and comfortable, I had to request for change of room at 3:00 am, due to a very strong chemical smell in my room. Front desk staff very friendly and very helpful. The Cleaning lady , was very disrespectful and very rude. We were inquiring if there is a restaurant or a beverage machine in the property....

Excellent staff! The staff was very helpful to me when I forgot my credit card. They shared other options I could use. I received a deodorant spray, toothbrush and toothpaste. The rooms had a small soaps, shampoo and conditioner packets. It's quiet, not noisy. Near to the GIllette stadium. Overall, a great stay for the price.
