Zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Een ietwat gedateerde kamer gehad. Een minikeuken in de kamer. Het bed was erg hard. Een koopkluisje aanwezig. Badhanddoek kan je voor 2 euro verkrijgen. In een all inclusiveformule water kopen is vreemd.

Hôtel trop isolé, plage de galets

Hôtel isolé, rien à voir et rien à faire (sortie du soir, commerces...) et il aurait besoin d'un coup de jeune. Un très beau monastère à Kolymbari. Pour le reste, il faut une voiture et ne pas avoir peur de faire des Kms La nourriture est à revoir pour un 4 étoiles (manque de choix et répétitives) Chambre bruyante (hall et couloir à forte résonance, VMC de salle de bain et climatisation très bruyantes). Plage de gros galets et la baignade ne convient pas aux enfants Personnel agréable dans l'ensemble (réception, femmes de ménage, serveurs bar, serveuses restaurant) sauf Harry le manager restaurant qui est désagréable et n'a pas sa place dans cet hôtel (beaucoup de réclamations faites à son sujet lors de notre séjour et également indiquées dans le livre d'or de l'hôtel). L'offre massage de 15 mn est une arnaque, autant ne rien n'offrir.

Kinder hatten viel Spass wegen des Schwimmbades und des Kids Clubs. Das Essen war gut.Die Zimmer saube. Wir hatten aber auch gehoert wie der Geschaeftsfuehrer seinem Personal gegenueber laut wurde. DAs Wi-fi System nicht ausreichend.

Für ein paar Tage absolut in Ordnung

Umgebung:Hotel liegt in d. Nähe von Kolimbari (1,8km).Mit Auto sind es nur wenige Minuten.Neben der Anlage gibt es 2 Supermärkte und einen Bäcker. 1,2 km entfernt gibt es kl. Carrefour.Bus hält vor Hotel.Es gibt einen natürlichen Steinstrand. Liegen+Schirm:5 Euro/Tag. Es ist nicht viel los.Die meisten Urlauber bevorzugen die Hotelanlagen. Essen:naja!All inclusive können wir definitiv nicht empfehlen.Vieles kommt aus Dose und Päckchen.Wer Wert auf gutes Essen legt tut gut daran außerhalb zu essen!Das Buffet bietet aber Möglichkeit das ein oder andere zu finden was in Ordnung ist.Service bei Essen lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Dies liegt aber vor allem daran, dass es zu wenig Personal gibt und die Koordination schlecht ist. Zimmer: wir waren im alten Gebäude.Hat soliden 4-Sterne-Status. Zimmer war sehr sauber.Putzfrau sehr nett und hat uns unaufgefordert weiche Unterlage für das extrem harte und unbequeme Bett besorgt. Aussicht war super. Klimaanlage in Ordnung.Integrierte Küche bietet alles was man braucht (bis auf:Schwamm+Spülmittel).Einzig: die Auswahl an TV-Sendern war extrem übersichtlich. Anlage: vor allem die 2 Pools waren recht schön. Unseren Kindern hat es super gefallen. Whirlpool ist gut!Wer Wert auf einen guten Fitnessraum legt: haha.Nicht hier.Fängt schon beim Laminat an.Vieles ist kaputt und nur bedingt zu gebrauchen. Kinderanimation:TUI bietet sehr netten Service an.Selina macht es super.Danke und alle Gute! WLAN: kostenfrei.Nicht sehr stabil und schnell

Fantastisk

Det var et fantastisk ophold, dejligt stille, plads til både børn, unge, voksne & ældre. Fantastisk lækkert mad, enormt god service/godt humør fra både receptionen, til tjener & rengøringsdamerne! Klart et hotel jeg vil anbefale, & et hotel vi kommer til næste år! Internet var rigtig godt på fællesområderne hvor på værelserne var det fint, men hoppede af en gang imellem. Det kan godt være der var en halv time til chania & der ikke lå så mange ting inærheden af hotellet, var der alt.. Bus stopsted lige udforan hotellet, taxi lige ved siden af hotellet, du kan lege biler på hotellet & der ligger 2 små butikker 1 min fra hotellet. Stranden ligger 10 min fra hotellet + du kan se stranden fra hotellet..

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo

Premetto che non è un villaggio frequentato da italiani, ma ci siamo trovati molto bene. La struttura è nuova, con belle piscine, camere confortevoli (un pó meno i letto duri e rumorose le lenzuola). Noi avevamo preso una superior e avevamo il balcone vista mare, le standard penso affaccino tutte sulla strada principale. Il cibo è poco vario, soprattutto la colazione. Avevamo la mezza pensione apprezzata dai bimbi, angolo pasta e dolci, accessori per i più piccoli. Parco giochi con annessi servizi per i bimbi. La posizione è ottima per chi vuole girare la parte est dell'isola, anche Elafonissi è a circa un'ora d'auto. Se volete uscire la sera però in zona (a piedi) non c'è nulla. La spiaggia vicinissima all'hotel è ciottolosa, non è un gran che.

Gutes Hotel in Kolymbari, etwas außerhalb des Orts, ca 30 Minuten Fussweg. Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels ist nicht der schönste. Gäste halten sich meist am Hoteleigenen Pool auf.

Service with a Smile!

When we pulled up at the Selini Suites we thought we had made a bit of a mistake. The surrounding area was sparse with not a great deal going on. We were relieved that we had booked to stay half board because there are no restaurants within walking distance. That said, you can easily hop on a bus to Chania and be there within 40mins.The moment we walked into the hotel our impression changed- never judge a book by its cover! The hotel staff were excellent and incredibly helpful. They sorted out a hire car and a boat trip to Balos for us. The hotel room was impeccable, and the pool area was immaculate. The food was good, but it could have done with more variety from night to night- especially if you are staying half board. In all we had a fantastic time, and the hotel was brilliant.

excellente impression globale - notre chambre était dans le "quite corner" avec une piscine quasi privative - excellente chambre qui donne directement sur une grande pelouse et la piscine quasi privée - restaurant + pdj : bien , quelques bons restaurants à quelques km - service excellent - wifi gratuit - grande piscine principale - personnel charmant et efficace

rust voor koppels

Hotel goed, eten minder goed,het buffet met warme gerechten zijn lauw. Er is weinig variatie in het eten.Zwembad mooi en goed onderhouden met gras.De kamer heeft een kitchenette en een groot balkon.Kleine supermarkt naast het hotel ,er zijn ook gratis fietsen beschikbaar.
