We arrived very late and went to the sister property where we waited half an hour only to learn we were at the wrong place - so be cautious as they have three adjacent properties. 「Amazing value and fantastic staff. Tina was a standout. The food selection was diverse and they constantly restocked. I didn’t like the stairs in the maisonettes as they were very steep and didn’t feel safe. No lifts anywhere on the property. Overall we loved our stay. 」

「Had a great time staying at this lovely hotel. All the staff (reception, restaurant staff and cleaners) were all extremely pleasant and friendly. There is a mini market by the pool which is very well stocked. A bus outside the hotel takes you all the way into the centre of Chania and runs frequently. Bus tickets are available from reception in the hotel but you have to pay in cash for these. They are much cheaper if you buy them here rather than paying the bus driver on the bus. Our stay...
