「We booked this hotel nearly a year before we travelled. We wanted somewhere warm with fun evenings and a great beach for the whole family and this seemed to fit the bill. However what we didn’t realise is that the resort is actually closed as it was so early in the season. There was nothing on the beach, only 1 restaurant was open and the shops were all closed. Whilst I do acknowledge we should have researched this more , all of the research I did do let me to this resort. The local taxi driver...

「The property was nice and very well kept. The staff at the front desk were not very kind except for one customer relations woman who was very helpful and lovely. I think her name was Marialena. She went out of her way to be accommodating and caring and helpful. Otherwise the other front desk staff were not particularly welcoming. The breakfast was a bit limited in its choices especially for healthier options such as fresh fruit. 」
