“Unfortunately the funicular train nearby goes under maintenance. This will be very very inconvenient if you need to take your luggage from the train station to the hotel. Suggest for the hotel to equip small fridge for the room. ”

“Neuchatel City Hotel certainly is improving. It can be better. 1. Although there is a 3-steps stairs at the lobby, having a ramp will certainly help. 2. Housekeeping can be further improved. I believed some housekeepers are very serious in their task some are just getting by. For two days, no refill for my coffees capsules. 3. I find that Hotel.com choices of rooms in Neuchatel City are very limited. More can be done in between to have availability for bookings. Especially the double large……

Nous avons apprécié l'amabilité et la gentillesse de l'accueil ... et la situation de l'hôtel en centre ville, très pratique pour visiter la ville à pied, ainsi que la facilité de se garer devant l'hôtel. Nous séjournerions à nouveau volontiers dans cet hôtel !”
