"Several maintenance issues were not addressed. And often the dirty items in the room were not replaced or taken out. And the restaurant was closed for the season"

"Although ALL Staff are super amazing here, bathroom cleanliness and beddings needs some work. Our towels looked like they were used and was never changed with stains on them and hairs on the shower walls. Pillows smelled like sweat and cigarette smoke. But other that those flaws experience was amazing and would come stay here again. "

"We had an absolutely fantastic stay here for a week. Our room was excellent with an amazing sea view that really couldn’t have been better, and all the staff were extremely friendly & helpful. The restaurants at the hotel were also brilliant, and the pool area & communal areas were all spotless & very relaxing. We will absolutely be back! "

"Overall the hotel was set in lovely grounds but first impressions were poor as the man at reception who greeted us was lacking in any communication skills. He asked us immediately if we wanted spa access, then a coffee machine then finally access to a workable safe (all at further expense) which made check in disappointing. He misdirected us and then didn't offer any assistance to get to our accommodation which was 10 mins away. The room was comfortable but tired and smelt of drains often. Please note that the hotel is situated right next to a stagnate lake so there are mosquitoes everywhere 😬"

"The owner is very polite and welcoming. Apartment was clean and absolutely everything we needed (even toys for a baby). Location is great. 5 minutes walking from restaurants, 7 minutes from a beautiful beach. But still it was quiet at nights, and no one disturbed us during the stay. Everyone enjoyed it very much! We will definitely come back here next time!"

"What an amazing property! Very well located, food options right beside and a little market less than a block away. Rooms are super spacious, very large balcony. Really helpful and friendly staff. Will be back here and highly recommend to anyone with family looking for a quiet and relaxing stay"
