“We booked this house for a graduation party for me and a couple friends. It ended up being the perfect house for the party and we would gladly book again! The movie room was a great addition and got a lot of use. The massive kitchen was great for preparing lots of food for our guests, as well as the big bar. The amount of bedrooms was also perfect as we had multiple people stay the night. The room with the surrounding balcony was great for our live music. The elevator helped move seats……

“The home is beautiful, on a quiet street in a great neighborhood. The beds are comfortable, and the living room has several areas for conversation and watching television. We ventured into Kansas City (only a few minutes away) and were impressed with the ease of getting around with this home as our base. We were visiting our daughter and her Kansas family, and had them over for Christmas dinner (arranged ahead of time). They all raved about how nice the house is, and how beautifully it is set……

“This is a lovely home with enough space for everyone! The house is huge and kind of divided so you can have some separate spaces if needed. We celebrated a 90th Birthday with family from all over the country! The grounds are amazing with a fire pit. The decks are lovely to watch the birds and sit and socialize. I thought parking would be an issue, but the paved back area had ample parking in addition to the spaces in front of the house. Half an hour from downtown, half an hour from the airport.……

“we had a group of 12 at the Rieger Hotel last weekend for 2 nights-it is an incredible property! Look up the history on this place it's quite interesting. Much of the interior is original from 1910-staircases etc..and is beautiful. Rooftop space faces South and the view is really cool. Huge kitchen table that seats at least 12. Super close to restaurants,Power and Light district and the free train.Convenience store across the street We loved our stay and would absolutely stay there again. The……

“We traveled to KC to attend our daughter's Pharmacy school graduation over Mother's Day weekend. We had never rented a house before, so this was our first experience. The property was everything as described and it was perfect for us, our adult kids and our daughter's in-laws. It was nice to relax together and not be stuffed into random hotel rooms. “Very well kept and very clean property except for the screen coming off the front door .”

“Appreciated the option for multiple bedrooms, stayed for a basketball tournament in KC. HUsband and kids are 6'5" and up and is nice to have Queen size options for the whole family. Also two bathrooms made it nice. Washer/Dryer in the unit was absolutely fantastic to get uniforms washed up. Will stay again when game schedule requires overnights in KC area. Clean, comfortable, went to Italian restaurant for dinner and breakfast at Ihop. Husband did not like the mattress, but I did not mind……
