The unit had a strong mildew smell, and the baseboards were warped from previous water damage, indicating ongoing water issues. The pictures online did not match the actual condition. “Stayed five nights. Space was very roomy and comfortable. The lookout area on the rooftop was a wonderful addition. The only issue was individuals below the space arrived at midnight and stayed to 3am created noise with load talking and slamming of doors. This occurred on Friday and Saturday night. Needless to say, sleep was hard to come by. Otherwise, I would still rent this space again when in KC. ”

“We had an awesome stay here!! The host made sure that we had everything we needed and the apartment was to our liking which it was!! You cant get a hotel room that has this much room in it and a washer/dryer and full kitchen and definitely not as clean as this one was!! The benefit of being right above Ragazzas and the street car that stop right in front of the place was the Cherry on top for us!! Cant wait to stay here again!!”
