“We loved staying at the Urban Oasis for our women's weekend. The house has everything you could wish for, including many modern conveniences. We loved the well-stocked coffee station in the kitchen and the ability to do laundry. The backyard is a dream, and the swim spa is AMAZING. We also used the fire pit, and enjoyed the thought and attention to the landscaping and backyard design. “Very disappointing experience. We had to check out early due to significant flooding in the kitchen. The unit had a strong mildew smell, and the baseboards were warped from previous water damage, indicating ongoing water issues. The pictures online did not match the actual condition. The bathroom ceiling was taped with duct tape. The host, Jonathan, was rude and unprofessional. ”

“This was the perfect retreat for our annual retreat of rapidly aging hometown friends. The location to great bars and restaurants is perfect, the interior is spacious, decor is vibrant and playful, and the balcony connects everything together. I was appreciative of the great customer service and communication with the property owners as well. We will be sure to think of this location next time!”

“Clean and updated condo easy walk to T-Mobile Center, Power and Light District and convention center. Good restaurant and bar options right down the street as well. Kitchen had everything we needed to make a meal. Seating was comfortable for our group of five. Off street parking was nice. Would stay again if in the area. Thanks!”

“This rental is the real deal. We stayed here over Memorial Day weekend and couldn't have been happier with our experience.The location is fantastic—close enough to walk to downtown, the farmers market, river walk and the tram, which can take you all the way to The Plaza, WW1 museum, or over to the women's soccer stadium. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. (There are sirens at night.) We never had any concerns walking to and from our destinations.The home itself is beautifully……

“We had a nice time in this property with our relatives. It was very close to town and the river, and our host was easy to contact for some additional amenities. There were, however, some loose tiles in the shower and the fan was extremely noisy in the master bath. The dryer was not working well. All said, we had a very comfortable stay. ”
