「Was a very smooth process to check in and they were very good at explaining everything. They even checked to see if we on our way and if we needed anything.」

「I was disappointed that the condo did not quite look like the posted pictures. I expected a more modern condo and instead the floor was marked up, the couch in the living room sunk when you sat down and the carpets were soiled and there was a smell of dog urine in one of the bedrooms. One bedroom did not have a television like the listing stated. The shower knob did not clearly turn to the hot or cold so it was hard to get to the hot water. The toilet made a high pitch noise when you flushed...

「Gorgeous place - so much space. Very high end decor and lots of little details - fantastic kitchen, 2 living areas and a really great rooftop space, ample free parking available. Location is superb - walk to river market and the street car. Well appointed, luxurious space coupled with easy check in, great KC location and the host is wonderful to work with. We would stay here every time we visit KC.」
