My daughter and I were in town to move her back to college, so we only stayed one night, but from what we saw, everything was well-maintained. In the room, the beds were comfortable (I liked the lightweight comforter), the bathroom was clean, and the AC was cold. There were two minor issues - the TV remote worked, but not well, and the alarm clock provided woke us early (left set to go off). The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was good. Breakfast had hot and cold options. I'll probably stay there again!

The property was very appealing. The staff was very accommodating. The room was prestine and super clean. All appliances worked very well. The place was absolutely decorated with taste. The breakfast that was included was very well organized had plenty of choice. The only small issue I noticed but did not have time to go in the pool area noticed it could use a touch of updates. But above all a very nice place to stay.

Quite run down. My shower wouldn’t heat up above tepid and there was no was to run a bath. Tv control had a missing on/ off button so hard to turn on tv . Bed comfortable at least .

Halls carpets were worn and looked dirty. The swimming pool are needs rework. The jacuzzi was not working and it looks like it has been used in years. The room was clean. The tv remote control were missing some buttons. The room was too bright from the outside lights, it needs dark curtains. We heve stayed in others La Quinta, but this one seeems to be falling apart. The service was very good and the receptionists. I’m just wondering what is the long term plan for this La Quinta in Plattsburg, NY? We like la Quinta Hotels.

A case of you get what you pay for. Got a great price off Expedia, but definitely not a bargain. Staff was helpful, room clean & comfortable. The exterior looked run down, a couple of rooms had holes in the screen. On the downside, the walls were paper-thin...I could hear my neighbor's phone conversation, same with the TV, he loved watching FOX News. The upstairs guest must of been practicing dribbling a basketball, the fixtures shook every time I heard the banging on the floor. Additionally, the bathroom was minimally stocked, no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash..just toilet paper & a couple of towels. If you are looking for a bare bones room, this is the place to be.
