“I gave it 5 stars because of you want Sosua... you get Sosua. It's urban, it's busy outside. The locals will try to sell you something. But I left the resort to experience Dominican life. I felt safe. The foods was delicious and fresh. For what it used... it is good.”

“Sosúa by the Sea is a hidden gem. The staff was amazing and the hotel is well kept. The rooms are rustic and the amenities are very nice. This is not an all-inclusive hotel so please note that you will have pay for your food, drinks and room safe. The views are breathtaking. My husband and I will be back next year.”

“Unfortunately, our experience at this property was very disappointing. It appears that at one time it may have been a great resort, but now it seems to be in need of better management. An all-inclusive resort should strive to provide a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Most staff members seemed to follow a script and did not appear genuinely interested in providing friendly, personalized service. The hotel also needs to upgrade its beds and pillows, as they were not very……

“The only bad thing was, there is a private residence right next door. They were VERY loud at night, with loud music and singing. Depending on which side of the building your rental is you will hear it. I stayed at this property before a different side of the building and I didn’t hear them. This time I was on the side of the private residence and heard it ALL. Other than that the property is wonderful to stay at. The workers are very friendly. The property manager was awesome. “I will never attend to this place again really bad experience a lot of things were broken down to the toilets air conditioners and some of the chairs the customer service was terrible no help with anything and I had to pay additional money after I booked and paid for the rooms I felt I was robbed ”
