“The pool was not clean unable to be used.”

“The views from this home were amazing! Morning you woke up to the chirps of birds and the ocean in front of you. The home was very comfortable and had everything you needed. The bathrooms and bedrooms were spacious and every room had great views. The best part was that this was a gated community, so the beach was like a private beach that would be shared by Casa Bonita and Westin folks. These two are big buildings that can be seen from anywhere in Panama City! The beach is Westin is accessible……

“We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Bonita. The apartment was just as advertised and then some. Well appointed Kichen and bath. Everything was in terrific working order. The host was very, very responsive all the time. The beach club made all the difference in the world. And lovely spot and we will surely be back!!”

“Great condo - great building - loved the rooftop pool and deck - Pearl Club facilities are great even though we were off season. Owners responsive and condo nicely decorated. Would recommend!”

“Once you get past the foot traffic outside (Which is the locals moving around) this place is just the perfect place to stay. Comfortable, clean and safe. Great places to eat and drink are just a quick walk away. And if you don't feel like walking, just go down stairs to the great place down stays for a bite to eat and drinks. Get the Sea Bass Ceviche. It was the best I have ever had. The rooftop area was great for a night time sit down and have some drinks. Great views and all. It was a great 7……

“Arrived in the evening and was immediately impressed with the location of the property as well as the amenities. Beautiful layout, air conditioned, as well as the roof top pool with great views of the city. Property was very secure with staff on site at all times. Highly recommend!”

“We loved our stay here. Great views from the 30th floor apartment. My son stayed on a comfortable blow-up bed and I took the king size bed. Jim was very helpful with requests to set up tours and helped us navigate going to a local soccer game. Angelica was so helpful in any need and request we had throughout the trip. The A/C was great, and the automatic shades kept the rooms dark for sleeping. Nice pool and chill out area on the 37th floor. Everyone was so friendly and the grocery store across……

“We had an excellent stay at this property. Spacious, beautiful views and attentive host. The check-in process was smooth and the host was very timely with meeting us. Also, there was an issue with one of the A/C units during out stay and the host addressed it immediately! We had to extend a few times waiting on lost travel documents and were accommodated without issue. We would definitely stay here again, as well as other properties that are hosted by Tony. One caution, which Tony pointed out……

“The property is not called New Modern Ocean View - very misleading for locating the complex. Local cab drivers or Uber drivers had difficulty finding it, the name of this property is HP Boutique Del Mar. The property is about two years old and is still going through growing pains.The property manager who has the office in the building speaks English and was a great help with issues we presented her with. Many times she went beyond her call of duty. We have encountered very few Panamanians who……
