"Our trip was exceptional. The rooms and floors were spotless and cleaned everyday. The staff were very attentive, friendly, and kind. The pools were all very clean and always had fun activities to participate in. The beach was very enjoyable and there was always a lifeguard keeping everyone safe. "

"My stay at Sunvivia resort and spa was absolutely amazing. Even though it’s now operating under a different name, everything about the hotel remains just as wonderful as when it was known as The INN. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the amenities are very convenient. The bedrooms are beautiful, and upgrading to an ocean view was definitely worth every penny. From the parking attendants to the waitstaff, everyone went above and beyond to be helpful and kind. I truly appreciated the outstanding service and accommodations. I will definitely be returning thank you so much for such a great experience!"

"This is a very nice hotel. The amenities are excellent. The staff is very helpful and friendly but the rooms themselves are outdated with tile floorr so you hear the people upstairs moving chairs. I could hear the people next door having sex. It's too bad because the hotel itself is very nice"
