Alle extrem nett, helfen sofort, kümmern sich, egal worum es geht. Auch wenn man nach Restaurant Tipps bei Ausflügen gefragt hat oder einfach nur etwas über die Insel erfahren wollte. “Had a fabulous stay at Club Del Carmen. Rooms were clean comfortable and well apportioned. The pool area and lounges are clean and very well managed and controlled. The restaurant was well serviced and the food was lovely with a very wide choice of both drinks and food. ”

The location is so great, close to beaches, all the restaurants and markets. And what impresses us most is the hospitality of the staff, especially Cely! She is the soooooo nice and enthusiastic, super communicative and warm-hearted!! Her smile just makes you feel happy all the day!! I would definitely stay here again if I come back and I recommend it to anyone who visit……

Were upgraded to 2 bedroom apartment on arrival Had an issue with leaking toilet but was immediately dealt with when I reported it Spacious accommodation and very clean Good sized kitchen with excellent facilities Lovely pool area. Pool was heated and although not warm was not as Baltic as other pools in Lanzarote which were too cold to get in Would definitely stay there again. ”
