Arrecife Playa de la Concha Hotels

"Hotel foyer was attractive & staff welcomed us with refreshments. Room was spacious & had amazing views.. Had dinner in Blue on 17th floor which was delicious & also had stunning views. Breakfast buffet was varied & continuously topped up. We only stayed one night on our way south but hotel is in a gorgeous position & we had a very pleasant stay. Only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 was we had no internet in our room the following morning & had to sit downstairs in foyer to receive a signal."

"Room and bathroom were found clean and tidy. Staff were polite and professional, able to speak fluently English. I did not need the laundry. I was disappointed by the off road park: the closest available was 10 minutes walk away, and the elevator out of service on the last day and check out"

"Really nice house, plenty of room and nice and clean. Outside area is a real sun trap with sunbeds and comfy outside seating. Check in process was very easy, the host was so accommodating and extremely helpful we couldn't have asked for more. The property is very central, near to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants."

"The Gardens are beautiful with lush greenery, many water features and a back door onto the promenade, a Mini Golf area, several swimming pools, fish pond, a couple of cafes and a multitude of sun loungers. you are bound to feel relaxed in such salubrious surrounds"

"Very poor communication. The telephone shower does not stay in place, and the bathroom door only opens halfway. The room is on the second floor with no lift. The advertisement pictures do not actually reflect the room; they show the shared sitting room instead. When it is windy, there is tremendous noise. The table in the room is far too small for two people to eat at. Overall, it was not a good experience at all."

"The property was perfectly located as it was close to transport, shops and the beach. The exterior of the house had excellent facilities such as pool, barbecue, seating areas, umbrella and loungers, although uncomfortable without pads. The size of the property internally was excellent but unfortunately there was no heat, the house felt a little damp and during January / February it became very cold in the evening. Can we suggest some written information about the use of equipment e.g. TV, washing machine etc, emergency contact numbers and local facilities would have been very appreciated. "
