"Staff at front desk can be rude. Daily cleaning of room was poor. 1st room assigned to us was facing the rubbish bin collection point so balcony was unusable as it stunk of rubbish and wehn asked for room change staff rolled their eyes. Food choices were poor if you dont like sea food. "

"This is an amazing small hotel inside the big hotel. All the amenities are beautiful with an impeccable service. All rooms are overlooking the ocean. There was an easy beach access from the pool area. We also had full access to the spa. Our room was very comfortable with sliding separating if the sleeping area from the sitting area. Overall, fantastic choice for a relaxing adult vacation. "

"The cleanliness was excellent and staff was very attentive. Far superior to other hotels that I have stayed in. The pool areas were quiet and relaxing. "
"Such a nice stay in this small city by the sea. You're only 15 mins drive car from the airport and main touristic cities like Los Cristianos, but in a quiet environment, so it's really convenient if you have a car.
The room is small, but comfy, with a nice ensuite bathroom. The communal lounge is perfect for breakfast or just chill out. But I recommend going on the rooftop terrace on nice weather day to enjoy your breakfast or just sunbathing."

"Surrounded by the golf course made it quiet and pleasant. It's about a 15 minute walk to the sea front but the walk is pleasant. Also an option for Taxi scooters which hang around by reception.
Hotel itself had plenty to do. The room was incredible, plenty of space, great bed and slept well. Would stay again "
"The apartment was much better than i thought for a 2*, it was clearly 3*+
The place was spacious and clean, the pool was great and the ambiance relaxing.
The check in process was long though and only one staff member one the sink a little blocked. But overall a comfortable 4* experience for the stay."

"Quite honestly, an all-inclusive hotel is best for families and old people. My wife and I loved this hotel but it was a little more than what we needed or wanted. If you have a family this is great.
Hotel staff was really great, I hope theyre being paid and treated well.
