Exceptional and very comfortable penthouse.

The bedrooms are huge, and the apartment is just one block from the sea. It’s not easy to find at first because it’s part of a complex called Casa Del Mar. The apartment is number 306. The Jacuzzi is nice. The pool is just one floor up. Even though it’s not very big, it’s really great.

The pictures are somewhat misleading due to dated photos. There is a condo being built in front.

Great location. Clean condo. Well maintained inside and condo common areas. Pleasant residents. But.... Construction on two sides with new condos being built 6 days a week. Hammers, drills, saws, steel pilIngs being driven. Night club that will play thumping music one block over on the beach. Resort style pool/bar/sun chairs restricts beach usage north of unit.
