New and cozy apartment at only a few steps from roof top spool of the condominium.
It´s located in a quit area and strategically accesible to several points of interest in the zone (5th avenue, Tulum, diverse Xcaret Parks, etc...).
The department is fully fursnished and you can fin all the services to rest and enjoy that momment that you need it. It´s very bright and quiet, perfect for home office or simply watching the sunset on the balcony.
Wifi velocity of 40 Mb and it´s possible to increase up to 200 Mb upon request and at additional cost (cheaper).
Parking free with control remote access.
All you need is... Kaab.

Nice new condo, ok location
The condo is brand new and not busy so it's very quite and secure. It's a bit far from 5th Street and the beach so you need a car. Parking in Playa is a nightmare so be prepared.
