The beach is only a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy the Caribbean coast while remaining close to everything Playa del Carmen has to offer.



Getting Around:

The location is ideal for exploring Playa del Carmen without a car:

- Less than a block from 5th Avenue

- Approximately a 3-minute walk to Hilton Beach

- Approximately a 10-minute walk to Mamitas Beach

- Restaurants, cafés, shops, and nightlife within walking distance

- Taxis and local transportation readily available nearby



Other Things to Note:

- Maximum occupancy is 2 guests.

- This is a non-smoking apartment.

- Parties and events are not allowed.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

- The building has 24/7 security and a doorman.

- Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed.

- Complimentary starter kit provided upon arrival with toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, and shampoo. These items are not restocked.

- Salt, oil, and pepper may be available upon request if requested before 4:40 PM.

- Daily cleaning is not included.

- Cleaning services and linen or towel changes are available for an additional fee with at least 24 hours’ notice.

- Please take good care of the linens and towels. Do not use them for floor cleaning or makeup removal to avoid additional charges.

- For stays of 28 nights or longer, electricity is billed separately.

- For stays longer than 7 nights, a mandatory weekly linen and towel change applies at an additional cost.

- Underground parking is subject to availability and must be confirmed with reception upon arrival.

- Please treat the apartment and building with care and respect during your stay.
