Extremely noisy and unhelpful staff My stay was disappointing. The room was extremely noisy, and when I asked to change rooms, I was told there were none available — which clearly wasn’t true. The microwave was unusable because it was missing the base, and there was no coffee machine or cups in the room when I checked in. I had to specifically ask for one. The staff seemed indifferent and unwilling to help. Even a simple request to check out an hour later was met with “impossible.” Overall, I would not recommend this place for more than 2–3 days.

El cuarto está muy bien habilitado, cama cómoda y está lindo, pero la regadera no servía, al abrir el agua caliente salían puras gotitas tenías que abrir la fría para que saliera más, así que estuvimos súper incómodas bañándonos todos los días con poca agua y fría … la limpieza la hacen terrible, todo estaba lleno de hormigas , incluso la cama. Intentamos reportar esto desde el inicio y no dijeron en el desk que no podían ayudarnos, lo reportamos por medio de la app y jamás nos contestaron. No hay atencion al cliente en lo absoluto. La verdad lo único que disfrutamos fue la alberca. Yo no volvería a alojarme aquí

Usually Sofia is five stars. I have stayed here many times with no troubles. However, on this trip the safe didn’t work. We were there for nine days. It was never fixed. In addition, there was no hot water. When we looked, the hot water heater had been removed for maintenance. Who needs a safe or hot water.

El agua de la regadera no tenia presion, incluso habia momentos en los que no salia agua, el cuarto de mi cuñada tenia hormigas por toda la cosina, el sr que estaba en recepcion por las mañanas no fue muy amable, no queria nada de ruido por los pasillos y si vas con niños es imposible mantenerlos en silencio de ahi en delante that was fine ☺️

Nos pusieron a una habitación inferior por la que pagamos y nunca nos cambiaron a la que era, solicitamos al menos del reembolso de la diferencia y ni eso, luego nos dijeron que nos podíamos estacionar afuera porque el estacionamiento no estaba en nuestra reservación pero no nos dijeron que había que pagar parquímetro y nos pusieron una multa de $593 pesos

We were supposed to stay for 3 nights, however we checked out after the first night. I didn’t care that it was non refundable. The front desk clerk could care less about any issues reported. Although they knew when we were arriving, the ac was off & it was so hot in the room. The fan didn’t work. I couldn’t use the phone to call the front desk because it didn’t work either. The safe was broken. As far as the bed goes, it felt like I was sleeping on the floor. The pool water was dirty. Also, although they advertise the rooftop bar, it never opened. Horrible place to stay.
