Get the full Playa del Carmen experience with a stay in Capuchin Monkey! This comfortable condo features a well-equipped kitchen, air-conditioning, and access to the shared pool and gym. The home also includes a washing machine and a back patio and grill so you can make yourself at home during your vacation. The kitchen has a large dining table so you can enjoy a festive meal together.

La Escondida is outside Playa's bustling city center, so it is the perfect place to relax. It is just a short trip into town, where you will find restaurants, souvenir shops, and nightlife. The beach is also a short drive from your neighborhood. Or set out to explore Tulum Jaguar Park (Parque del Jaguar).

Lovely tranquil complex. Our unit had some major maintenance problems that took two days to remedy. That problem was no water when we checked in. It was after hours and no real addressing of the problem until the next day. But once contacted, action started, but again took at least a day to get attention and two days to repair. Some ammenities were not working: the hot tub. the dishwasher. Not big but still annoying. Some remotes for the hvac units worked. Some did not. The floor plan is very good. The unit could have been cleaner. Staff indicated that the unit had not been used for a very very long time.

Great house, disappointing condition

Disappointed by this rental, great layout for the house but it needs repair. The house was not very clean, it was damp, it smelled, and needs maintenance as there were several issues. The linens were stained and need to be changed for new ones. One night I took a shower and the water just stopped, mid shower! The best part of this renal are the spacious floor plan and the property manager. I would not stay here again.
