“We had a very lovely welcome from Anna and she told us where to eat etc. Unfortunately, we couldn't stay to explore the area as we were en-route down to the South but the scenary and area looked fantastic as we drove through. “We have stayed several times now for a couple of days to enjoy the north of Spain whilst travelling. Staff are always friendly and helpful and the apartments are always spotless and fitted out to a high standard Bar and restaurant are good with nice outside area to take a tipple and food, breakfast is very good. Some nice walking from the door which is great if travelling with a four legged friend as it is a dog friendly apartment and 20-25 mins to a number of beaches. Parking is no problem……

"A disappointing experience - written by my husband who was the one who stays at this hotel Spent a night in the Artist Gran hotel of Arts on my way back from the Camino de Santiago. I do not know if it was because of my backpack and casual pilgrim dressing but from the start, the service was a bit arrogant. I booked a room with queen size bed (indicating preference on high floor), but was given a DOUBLE bed for 3rd floor. As for the view, Smart Inner View means facing the window of your neighbor (welcome back to the dormitory in the Albergue!). An experience certainly not to be repeated. Get yourself an hotel with better service. You deserve better!"
