“Overall, this was a great stay for the value. Parking: There is only one designated parking spot that is first-come, first-served. There was a silver Porsche parked there 24/7 that seemed to belong to the resident of the property. It never moved and was never available during my stay. Thankfully, there is ample street parking available and I never was w/o parking. “Unfortunately, when we arrived we saw signs of a pest infestation. There were several case-bearing moth larva on the walls, near the baseboards and closets. They're insects that live inside cases and can feed on your clothes causing damage that you inadvertently take home with you if there is an infestation in a property you rent. We also observed that there were no smoke alarms - the smoke alarms were disconnected in several areas - totally removed. And, the security fence that protects the……
