“I had a lovely side sea view room on the 6th floor. It was just so relaxing to sit on the balcony and take in the atmosphere. I love this hotel and have been there many times. It is unpretentious and stylish, an abundance of plants everywhere. I love the beach and walked it every day. Everything is spotless. The food is good quality with a good supply of fruit and vegetables. It gets a bit noisy between 8-11 with different local venues putting on their entertainment but all stops at 11.00. I……

“We have been to Gran Canaria many times but was our first time at this apartments. I can’t wait to be back. Rodrigo, Alex and Inma were excellent. Kept the place spotless every day and made sure the ca offer their hep if needed. The apartments are spacious and very well kept. And the common areas very well manicured. The best was the slightly heated pool which meant you can use the pool whatever the weather ”

“Tricky hotel ! I pay 170 euro to upgrade the room but the first night I stay the temperature like sauna ! The air conditioner doesn’t work and the secondary I fount the filters all dust ! More ridiculous is my friend visit me and no use extra towel and bed they charge me 130 euro more ! I feel like tricked There is more good quality and better hotel around with reasonable price ! It turn down my feeling for such great island ! A bad experience in my life !!! ”

“Immer wieder gerne. Mittlerweile der 4. Aufenthalt in der Anlage. Ordentliche Bungalows mit zweckmäßiger Ausstattung. Regelmäßige Reinigung und Wäschewechsel. Übersichtliche, nicht zu große Anlage. In Gehentfernung zu zwei Einkaufs- und Unterhaltungszentren. Frühstück mit 10€, auch für Kinder , nicht gerade günstig, aber zu empfehlen. Pool und Whirlpool sehr sauber. 20 Minuten zu Fuß zur Strandpromenade in Playa del Ingles. Restaurant -Tip: El Velero. Günstige Menüs.”

“Very nice and clean hotel. Friendly staff! Room was great but we had balcony and windows on the main pool side, where all the evening events were held, and there was a very loud music and noise until almost midnight. It was not very convenient with the kids. Two main pools were heated but the kids pools were ice cold in january. Hotel garden is beautiful! ”
