“The hotel is beautiful, new and meticulously maintained. The rooms a large and very comfortable. THE POOL is the most beautiful pool I have ever seen and enjoyed, and I have seen a lot of them in my trips. The staff is perfect! They even game a bouquet of flowers on Mother’s Day!!! If there is one thing I would like to have is a TV in the room. There is not much to do in Nosara except surfing and for those of us who don’t surf nor are on vacation, it can get bit tedious. Either that, or a place……

“Had an amazing time! Beautiful views, delicious inventive food at the on-site restaurant, and outstanding cocktails (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). The staff are very kind & seem to all make sure to know you by name. As others said the included laundry service is a really nice feature, daily cleaned clothes for yoga and beach means less extra clothing to pack or dirty laundry to travel with. Morning yoga classes were wonderful. Their shuttle drops you at their sister property serving same food……

“The Sunset Shack was fantastic for our family trip to Nosara. The beach is super close, and the town is very cute. We were right in the middle of it all. Monkeys in the mango trees on the property in the morning, and iguanas roaming all day. The food, the staff, and the hotel itself were all 5 stars! We would love to return to Nosara, and would not stay anywhere else. Thank you Sunset Shack!”
