“The best location!”

“It started on a wrong foot due to miscommunication on my end, but ultimately it turned out to be a great stay. The staff was so nice and helpful. The manager worked with us through every unnecessary issue that was raised by my group (we had divas). The place is calm, beautiful. They have pilates and other activities on site. Everyone is eager to help and make the stay comfortable.”

“The property is exactly as pictured. Rosa the host was always in communication. The sunsets from this property were unforgettable. A lovely house, 100% recommended.”

“C'est un lieu vraiment paisible, propre et tranquille. Un très grand terrain de gazon avec une belle piscine, des arbres fruitiers, et sur le bord de la rivière. La chambre avec un lit est un peu petite pour un couple, mais ça dépend de vos besoins. Petite précision, le lit n'est pas King comme l'indique l'annonce, il est double. Ça fait une grosse différence sur l'espace quand même.”

“Each room has its own bathroom which made it convenient for our stay. There were enough beds and towels. It’s a really quiet neighborhood and local neighbors are really kind. There’s a small tiendita nearby with fresh coconut water, it was so convenient.”

“Restrooms need TLC … rooms are a good size. Nice pool and hammocks. Overall very clean ”

“The property needs lots of TLC, spire webs and ants everywhere inside the house, rip furnitures, the gate keepers were really rude, check in time 7:00pm when usually is 4pm but check out time is 4pm. Not full access to the property since we need to ask the gate keepers to open and close the gate to go out.. since check in was at 7 and wanted to go to El tunco at night we were told that we were not allowed to go out after 9 that gate closed at 9 pm.. totally a bad experience. Place have lots of……

“The outside yard and pool area was very nice. The grounds keepers were nice and attentive. The house on the other hand needs a remodel. The appliances are rusty or broken. The water pressure is almost stopped up. The is no hot water for showers. The floors look bad. Especially the shower.”
