Beautiful property with nice staff. Good breakfast too and loved the ocean view to look at while eating outdoors. My only complaints is the rugs in the bathroom looked like they don’t get washed frequently and there was an odor in the bathroom.

El Xalli was a wonderful place to stay! Staff were super friendly and accommodating, the food was delicious, the rooms were very spacious, and the pool area was the perfect place to relax and spend the day. We stayed in 2 rooms while there: the ocean view and a ground floor suite. Definitely go for the ocean view, as that was by far the nicest layout!

This place exceeded my expectations. We stayed in their largest suite, which comfortably accommodated seven guests. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly, making our stay truly enjoyable. The pools, views, and breakfast were all exceptional. Everything was so perfect! I only stayed for two nights, but I wish I had extended my stay. I will definitely be returning.

Pretty nice property with a wonderful view of the ocean. Quiet, safe location, friendly staff that’s willing to help with any questions you may have. Free breakfast with booking, nice bar by the pool that is very affordable. Also have food available. You will need a car. Beach is like 5 mins away and nearest grocery store is about 20 mins away. There are fruit stands and taco stands along the highway route. Also other hotels who have restaurants, but trust me it’s not in walking distance. Also, rainbow slide is a 2 hour drive away. It started on a wrong foot due to miscommunication on my end, but ultimately it turned out to be a great stay. The staff was so nice and helpful. The manager worked with us through every unnecessary issue that was raised by my group (we had divas). The place is calm, beautiful. They have pilates and other activities on site. Everyone is eager to help and make the stay comfortable.

The place was a little confusing to find but someone came out right away to guide us and help us to our room. Our room was better than we expected with a beautiful view. All the employees there were so nice and attentive. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return!
